Downward Facing Dog
Stretch hamstrings, calves, and lower back. Lengthen the spine, release shoulder tension. Form an inverted "V" shape.
Enhance spinal mobility, stretch back and neck muscles. Arch back and look up (Cow Pose), round spine and tuck chin (Cat Pose).
Warrior II Pose
Strengthen legs, open hips, improve balance. Step left foot back, bend right knee, extend arms out to sides. Gaze over front hand.
